Admin Settings
Configure site-wide PressedMail settings and permissions.
Admin settings govern the whole install: licensing, system email, who can reach what, and diagnostics. They sit below the Personal group in Settings and are visible to administrators by default.

Access Control
- Access to the workspace defaults to administrators and opens to whichever roles you choose.
- Eleven dedicated capabilities govern the surface separately (who can add accounts, who can change workspace settings, who can see diagnostics), so a role can read mail without administering the plugin.
- Whatever a role allows, a connected account stays readable only by the WordPress user who connected it. Access Control cannot open one user's mailbox to another.
Licensing
The key, its plan, the sites it covers, and the update channel. See Licenses, Sites, and Updates.
WordPress Email
Route wp_mail() (password resets, order receipts, form notifications) through a connected account instead of a separate SMTP plugin. See WordPress Settings.
Diagnostics
Environment checks (PHP version, IMAP driver, WP-Cron, database tables, outbound HTTPS) as a copyable report for support requests. Each troubleshooting page in Support and Reference reads a slice of it.
White Labelling
On plans that include it, replace the product name, logo, palette, favicon, and installed-app icons, and force a theme, layout, and mode for every user. For agencies shipping the workspace under their own brand.
