Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of PressedMail, the PressedMail website, customer account area, checkout flows, downloads, licenses, support channels, and related WordPress plugin services provided by CurbSoftware Tech Innovations ("we," "us," and "our").
By accessing, installing, purchasing, downloading, or using PressedMail, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PressedMail.

Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 13 years old to use PressedMail. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use PressedMail only with involvement and consent from a parent or legal guardian.
If you use PressedMail for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account, billing, and contact information.
- Keeping account credentials, WordPress administrator accounts, email provider credentials, license keys, API keys, and connected service credentials secure.
- All activity that occurs under your account, license, WordPress site, or connected services.
- Notifying us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account, license, site, or integration presents a security, fraud, abuse, or legal risk.
Product Access and Licensing
PressedMail may be offered as a free plugin, paid subscription, lifetime license, promotional license, or other plan type.
Your access depends on the plan, license, or offer you select. Paid licenses may limit the number of WordPress sites, support level, update access, downloads, or other features. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, share, or transfer licenses unless we expressly allow it in writing.
The free WordPress plugin is licensed under the license terms applicable to its distribution package. Paid services, license keys, account access, hosted services, support, premium downloads, and proprietary assets may be subject to additional commercial terms.
WordPress and Hosting Responsibilities
PressedMail runs in your WordPress environment and connects to external services. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining a supported WordPress, PHP, database, browser, and hosting environment.
- Backups, site security, administrator access, plugin compatibility, and hosting configuration.
- Verifying that you have permission to connect mailbox accounts and process email, contact, calendar, and related data.
- Reviewing third-party plugin, theme, hosting, email provider, AI provider, and payment provider terms.
We may try to help troubleshoot compatibility issues, but we are not responsible for issues caused primarily by unsupported hosting, custom code, third-party plugin or theme conflicts, provider outages, provider policy changes, or services outside our control.
Payments, Billing, and Taxes
Paid purchases may be processed by Stripe and BitCart, including card, hosted checkout, and supported crypto payment flows.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges for the plan or license you select. You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, duties, and similar charges unless a checkout flow states otherwise. We may collect and remit taxes where required by law.
Subscription plans renew until canceled. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate access to paid features, updates, downloads, support, or license validation until payment is resolved.
Crypto payments may be available only where lawful and technically supported. Crypto network fees, exchange-rate changes, confirmation delays, wallet mistakes, and unsupported chain or token transfers are your responsibility unless caused by our confirmed error.
Refunds and Cancellations
All software sales are final. We do not provide self-service refunds or a general money-back guarantee. Support may approve an exception only for a material, reproducible defect that cannot be fixed with an update, configuration change, or reasonable workaround. The full conditions are in our Refund Policy.
You may cancel a subscription through your account area, payment processor portal, or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation normally stops future renewal charges and does not automatically refund past charges.
An approved refund ends the related license and access to premium downloads, updates, and support. Crypto refunds, where approved, are handled as described in the Refund Policy.
Acceptable Use
You must use PressedMail lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, unlawful bulk email, or messages that violate anti-spam laws.
- Use PressedMail for phishing, credential theft, impersonation, malware, fraud, harassment, abuse, or unlawful content.
- Attempt to bypass license limits, access controls, rate limits, security systems, or payment flows.
- Reverse engineer, copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative services from paid PressedMail materials except as permitted by applicable license terms.
- Interfere with PressedMail, connected services, our infrastructure, or another user's use of the service.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, exploit payloads, or content that infringes third-party rights.
We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or terminate access where needed to protect the product, customers, third parties, or our legal obligations.
Email, AI, and Automation Features
You are responsible for content you create, send, store, process, or automate through PressedMail. This includes emails, attachments, contacts, calendar entries, templates, signatures, snippets, rules, and AI prompts or outputs.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using, sending, or relying on it.
If you configure a third-party AI provider, email provider, hosting provider, or other integration, that provider's terms and policies also apply.
Privacy
Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using PressedMail, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described there.
Support
Support availability depends on your plan, account status, and the issue reported. We may ask for diagnostic details, logs, screenshots, site environment information, or reproduction steps.
We do not guarantee that every issue can be resolved, especially when it depends on unsupported environments, third-party services, hosting restrictions, custom code, or plugin/theme conflicts outside our control.
Updates and Product Changes
We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, prices, integrations, documentation, or support channels. We may provide notice for material changes where reasonable.
You are responsible for keeping the plugin updated. Older versions may stop receiving support, updates, license validation, or compatibility fixes.
Intellectual Property
PressedMail, including its names, logos, software, services, designs, documentation, premium downloads, and related materials, is owned by CurbSoftware Tech Innovations or its licensors, except for open-source components and third-party materials under their own licenses.
You receive only the rights expressly granted by these Terms, the applicable license, and any plan-specific purchase terms. All other rights are reserved.
Third-Party Services
PressedMail may depend on WordPress, hosting providers, email providers, AI providers, payment processors, analytics services, crypto networks, and other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their outages, data practices, terms, policies, fees, rate limits, or changes.
Disclaimers
PressedMail is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and compatibility with every WordPress environment, provider, plugin, theme, or hosting configuration.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some disclaimers may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CurbSoftware Tech Innovations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost email, service interruption, security incidents, provider outages, or business interruption.
Our total liability for all claims relating to PressedMail will not exceed the amount you paid to us for PressedMail in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CurbSoftware Tech Innovations and its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of PressedMail, your content, your connected services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
Termination
You may stop using PressedMail at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, licenses, downloads, support, or account features if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, create risk, misuse the service, or if continued service is not commercially, legally, or technically feasible.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute terms, and records needed for legal compliance.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to CurbSoftware Tech Innovations unless mandatory consumer protection or other applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected] or through Contact.
