Refund Policy
Last updated: September 4, 2026
Overview
PressedMail sells digital software licenses and provides immediate access to premium plugin code. All sales are final. We do not offer a general money-back guarantee or self-service refunds.
The free plugin, documentation, plan details, and demos are available so you can check compatibility and features before buying.
Limited Defect Exception
Support may approve a refund only when all of these conditions are met:
- A material, reproducible defect prevents a paid PressedMail feature from working on a supported WordPress setup.
- You contact [email protected] with enough detail for us to investigate.
- You cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting and give us time to diagnose the issue.
- The defect cannot be fixed with an update, configuration change, or reasonable workaround.
Support reviews each request and makes the final decision, except where applicable law gives you non-waivable rights.
Requests We Do Not Accept
We generally do not provide refunds for:
- Change-of-mind requests.
- Purchases made without first reviewing the free plugin, documentation, demos, plan details, or feature descriptions.
- Issues caused primarily by unsupported hosting, unsupported WordPress or PHP versions, third-party plugin or theme conflicts outside our control, custom code, provider outages, email provider restrictions, AI provider restrictions, or changes to third-party services.
- Features that work as described but do not suit your workflow or preference.
- Unused subscription time or a renewal you did not cancel before it was charged.
- Crypto transfer mistakes, unsupported chains or tokens, wallet mistakes, exchange-rate movement, or network fees outside our control.
Crypto Payments
If support approves a crypto refund, we return it to the original wallet where lawful and technically possible. Network, conversion, and processor fees may be deducted where permitted by law.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] and include:
- The purchase email address.
- The order, invoice, license, or transaction identifier.
- Your WordPress version, PHP version, PressedMail version, and hosting environment.
- A short description of the issue.
- Steps we can use to reproduce the issue.
- Relevant screenshots, logs, or error messages when available.
We may ask for additional information or troubleshooting steps before making a decision.
What Happens After an Approved Refund
An approved refund ends the related license and access to premium downloads, updates, and support. You must stop using the premium software and delete every copy you control.
Canceling a subscription is different from receiving a refund. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access continues through the paid period unless support tells you otherwise.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund, cancellation, chargeback, consumer protection, or other non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
