User Settings
Configure your personal PressedMail preferences and account settings.
User settings shape the mailbox for the current WordPress user, and only for them. Another user on the same install keeps their own accounts, appearance, and preferences.

Personal areas
- Accounts: the mailboxes this user has connected, each with its own sync interval and connection actions. A connected account is readable only by the user who connected it.
- Signatures: default and alternate signatures per account, plus snippets and content blocks. See Blocks, Snippets, and Signatures.
- Email Rules: this user's automation. See Email Workflows.
- Security: session controls and the mailbox passphrase lock.
Appearance and behaviour
- Theme, colour scheme, layout, typeface, type size, and density are all personal choices. See UI Customization.
- Keyboard shortcuts (twenty defaults plus a Gmail preset) are remappable per user.
- Reduced motion follows the operating system preference automatically.
Accessibility
A dedicated high-contrast theme, a typeface designed for dyslexic readers, size control for long-form reading, and visible focus states are all set here, per user. See Themes, Layouts, and Accessibility.
