PressedMail AI credits
How many PressedMail AI credits each plan includes, how to check your balance, and how to buy more.
Credits pay for PressedMail AI, the built-in auto-tagging and phishing checks that need no AI key of your own. The maths is simple:
- 1 credit = 1 email auto-tagged
- 1 credit = 1 email checked for phishing
Credits sit on your PressedMail account, and every site on your license draws from the same balance. They never expire.
Credits included with your plan

Annual plans get their credits when you buy and again at each renewal. Anything left over rolls forward, so a quiet year is not wasted.
Free has no PressedMail AI and no credits.
Buying more
Extra credits cost $6 for 10,000. Buy as many packs as you like, whenever you like, and they stack on top of what you have.
- Sign in at pressedmail.com/home.
- Find the PressedMail AI credits card.
- Press Buy 10,000 credits for $6 and pay at checkout.
You need to be signed in to buy, so the credits land on your own license. The Buy credits links inside the plugin open the same page.
If PressedMail AI had paused for lack of credits, it resumes within the hour. Press Refresh next to the balance in the plugin to wake it straight away.
Checking your balance
You can see it in three places:
- the PressedMail AI credits card at pressedmail.com/home, with credits used so far
- the License tab in PressedMail's admin settings
- next to each feature's dropdown in AI Tools
The plugin caches the number for a few minutes. Refresh fetches it fresh.
Keeping a team in check
One shared balance is easy to drain from one busy inbox. Set a monthly credit limit per user in AI Tools, or switch PressedMail AI off for someone. How that works is in PressedMail AI.
Receipts and refunds
Keep the receipt from checkout. For refunds, read the Refund Policy and contact support with the purchase reference. More on payments in Plans, payments, and cancellation.
