Billing and Plans
Review PressedMail plans, site limits, Stripe catalog IDs, checkout behavior, and account reconciliation.
PressedMail paid plans are billed through Stripe and priced by the number of WordPress sites you manage. Starter and Premium include the paid workspace. Ultimate and Lifetime also include the Ultimate customization features.
Current Prices
- Starter: $49/year for 1 site.
- Premium: $89/year for 10 sites.
- Ultimate: $169/year for 100 sites.
- Lifetime: $499 once for 100 sites.
Free includes two built-in themes. Starter and Premium include unlimited email accounts, the combined inbox, contacts, calendar, paid rule controls, AI tools, phishing analysis, and ten built-in themes. Ultimate and Lifetime include those ten themes, plus the Brand Theme and white labelling.
Renewals
- Annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues through the period already paid.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase with lifetime update access.
Changing Plan
Upgrades move through Stripe's subscription management from the account's billing page, and proration follows Stripe's standard behaviour. Moving from annual to Lifetime is handled at checkout as a new purchase.
Payment Methods
Checkout accepts the card methods Stripe offers in your region. Crypto checkout is currently disabled.
