Composing, Replies, and Forwarding
Write new messages, reply in thread context, and forward with attachments.
The composer opens beside the mailbox for new messages, replies, reply-all, and forwards, with the formatting, recipients, and attachments a full client is expected to carry.

Writing a message
- Select Compose, or Reply, Reply All, or Forward from an open message.
- Address the message. Recipients autocomplete from your contacts, including Cc and Bcc.
- Write and format the body. Formatting covers headings, lists, links, quotes, and inline images.
- Attach files from the composer toolbar; attachments upload before send so a failed upload cannot silently drop a file.
- Send, or use the send menu for scheduling options.
Sending Options
- Scheduled send queues the message for a date and time you choose. Scheduled mail waits in the Scheduled folder and can be edited or cancelled until it leaves.
- Undo send holds every send for fifteen seconds, during which one click takes it back.
- Signatures apply per account, with a default and alternates you can switch between in the composer. See Blocks, Snippets, and Signatures.
Replies and forwards
- Replies quote the original and keep the conversation's threading headers, so the thread stays intact for every participant.
- Forwards carry the original attachments and let you add or remove files before sending.
- The sending identity follows the account the conversation belongs to; on paid plans an account can send through a separate SMTP server and aliases on the same mailbox.
Plan Availability
Composing, replying, and forwarding are in every build. Scheduled send and undo send are paid features, as are per-account SMTP identities and aliases.
