Snooze, Send Later, and Follow Ups
Delay inbox work, schedule outgoing mail, and track needed replies.
Paid plans include the scheduling workflows for mail that should come back later, leave later, or chase itself when nobody answers.

Snooze
Snoozing removes a message from the inbox until the time you pick, then returns it as new.
- Open or select the message and choose Snooze.
- Pick a preset (later today, tomorrow, the weekend, next week, next month), or set an exact date and time.
- The message waits in the Snoozed folder, where the list shows when each one comes back.
Unsnooze at any time by opening the message from the Snoozed folder.
Send Later
Scheduled send queues an outgoing message for a date and time you choose: replies that should arrive during business hours, announcements timed for a launch. Scheduled mail sits in the Scheduled folder and can be edited or cancelled until it leaves. See Composing, Replies, and Forwarding.
Follow-up reminders
Follow-ups watch a sent message and bring it back to you if no reply arrives by the deadline you set. Use them for anything that must not stall silently: an invoice, a contract, a question blocking your own work.
How scheduling runs
Snooze returns, scheduled sends, and follow-up checks run in the background on WP-Cron, whether or not anyone is logged in to WordPress. If scheduled mail seems stuck, confirm WP-Cron is firing. The Diagnostics tab shows its last run. See Inbox Sync and Sending Troubleshooting.
