Billing History, Refunds, and Coupons
Find invoices, receipts, refunds, and coupon behavior for PressedMail.
Billing History under Home lists every transaction on the account (invoices, receipts, and their status), with links to the Stripe-hosted records where Stripe issued them.
Reading the history
- Each row shows the invoice, its date, the amount, and its status: paid or refunded.
- Receipts open on Stripe's hosted pages, which are the canonical record.
- The history covers every plan on the account, including lapsed ones.
Coupons
- Coupons apply during checkout, in the payment step, when the code is eligible for the chosen plan.
- A coupon changes the checkout price; it does not change an existing subscription's renewal unless its terms say so.
- Partner and launch codes follow the same rule: entered at checkout, reflected on the invoice.
Refunds
- Refund requests go through support, with the account email and the order context.
- A refunded transaction shows as refunded in the history, and the entitlement it granted ends.
- Cancelling an annual subscription is different from a refund: cancelling stops future renewals while access runs to the end of the paid period.
