Settings Overview

Choose the right settings article for WordPress, user, admin, security, UI, theme, and layout controls.

Settings split into two groups that mirror how a WordPress site is run: Personal settings each user keeps for themselves, and Admin settings that govern the whole install. The gear icon in the workspace header opens both.

Where settings begin: the connected mailboxes

Personal

  • Accounts: connect mailboxes, set sync intervals, and manage each connection. The first place every new user lands.
  • Signatures: sign-offs, snippets, and reusable content blocks.
  • Email Rules: the conditions-and-actions automation for your own mail.
  • Security: sessions, the mailbox lock, and per-user safety preferences.

Personal choices (theme, layout, density, shortcuts included) are stored per WordPress user, so one install serves several people without anyone overwriting anyone else.

Admin

  • Licensing: the key, the sites it covers, and the update channel.
  • WordPress Email: route wp_mail() through a connected account.
  • Access Control: which roles reach which parts of the workspace, across eleven dedicated capabilities.
  • Diagnostics: what the plugin can see about this site, as a copyable report.

Admin sections are visible to administrators by default and can be opened to other roles through Access Control.

After setup, review role access, diagnostics, account connections, composer defaults, and the appearance controls available to the current tier.
