Contacts and Calendars Overview
Understand paid contact, list, calendar, event, and scheduling context docs.
Paid plans include a local address book and local calendars beside the mailbox. PressedMail does not sync either one with provider contacts or calendars.

Contacts
Contact records hold name, address, company, phone, job title, birthday, tags, and notes, plus custom fields you define. People you correspond with are captured automatically as you go, favourites keep the ones you deal with most at the top, and each record carries a structured activity timeline of messages and interactions. See Contacts, Lists, and Imports.
Calendars
The calendar offers month, week, day, agenda, and list views over multiple local calendars, with RRULE recurrence, timezone-aware events, and RFC 5545 email invitations. There is no year view. See Calendars and Events.
Connected to the mailbox
- Saving a sender as a contact takes their details straight from the message.
- Creating an event from message details does not keep a backlink to the thread.
- Recipient autocomplete in the composer draws on the address book.
Where the data lives
Contacts and events are stored in your own WordPress database, alongside the mirrored mail. Nothing is copied to a third-party service or synced to a provider address book or calendar.
