Calendars and Events
Coordinate email work with calendars and event context.
The calendar sits beside the inbox on paid sites: month, week, day, agenda, and list views over as many local calendars as you keep, with events that understand timezones, recurrence, and invitations.

Views and calendars
- Switch between month, week, day, agenda, and list views. There is no year view.
- Keep multiple calendars (work, personal, client calls), each with its own colour, and choose a default for new events.
- The selected day's agenda sits beside the month grid, with Add to this day for quick entry.
Events
- Events are timezone-aware, with all-day handling, attendees, an organiser, visibility, busy status, and reminders.
- Create an event from scratch or from message details. The saved event does not keep a backlink to the conversation.
- Meeting requests arriving by mail surface on their own, ready to accept.
Recurrence
Recurring events use real RRULE support (FREQ, INTERVAL, BYDAY, BYMONTHDAY, COUNT, and UNTIL), and occurrences stay correct across daylight-saving transitions.
Invitations
- Email invitations send RFC 5545 .ics to up to 250 attendees per event.
- Updates are sequenced so a change replaces the previous invitation in attendees' calendars rather than duplicating it.
- Attendee replies arrive as email but do not update attendee status on the event.
Import
Import .ics files with a preview before saving, including files carrying Windows and Exchange timezone identifiers.
If events do not appear
Calendars and events stay local to WordPress. They do not sync with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or another provider calendar.
