Summary

Puts the AI provider’s key fields back where a new install expects them. 1.8.7 hid the endpoint and key on any site that used no provider of its own, which includes every new install with the AI tools off. They now fold away only when a tool really runs on PressedMail AI and none runs on your own provider. The free plugin has no change; it moves to 1.8.8 to stay numbered with Pro.

  • Pro: AI Tools hides the provider’s endpoint and key only when at least one tool runs on PressedMail AI and none runs on your own provider. With every tool off, which is how a new install starts, the fields show as they did before 1.8.7.

  • Pro: on a site with every AI tool off, the AI provider card no longer says auto-tagging, phishing and spam run on PressedMail AI, and no longer hides the key fields behind a button.
