Summary
PressedMail 1.3.3 gives the composer a memory and tidies the settings pages.
New: every user picks the format new mail starts in, Rich text, Markdown or
Plain text, and the mobile composer and reader follow the same choice. The
Branding & Appearance page is rebuilt around compact rows with each control
beside its label, color fields are swatch pickers instead of bare hex inputs,
and inputs across the plugin wear a thinner border. Small fixes: the subject
prefix label reads "Re" like every mail client, content you authored keeps its
boundaries at full strength in the composer, and the media library loads again
on the SPA screen.
Added
- A Composer defaults section in user settings. Pick the format new mail opens
in: Rich text, Markdown or Plain text. The desktop composer, the mobile
composer and the mobile reader all follow it.
- White-label admins get one switch that decides whether users may change the
workspace appearance mode, next to the setting that picks the default mode.
Changed
- The Branding & Appearance page is restructured: compact rows, wider column
gutters, and every control sits beside the label it belongs to instead of
being listed below it.
- The custom color field is a swatch picker with inline flag swatches; typing
a bare hex code is no longer the only way.
- Input borders across the plugin are halved to a thinner weight, so fields
read calmer against the page.
- The two User choices rows in settings are reshaped to match the shared
control layout.
Fixed
- Content boundaries you authored, such as blockquotes around your reply, keep
their full strength in the composer instead of being visually trimmed.
- The media library loads again on the SPA screen.
- The compose subject prefix label reads "Re" rather than "Sub".
- The readmes now state Tested up to 7.1, matching the tested release.
Upgrade Notes
- No action needed. Settings and mailbox data are untouched. The composer
format preference defaults to the previous behavior.
