IMAP 连接
用应用专用密码连接 Gmail，用 OAuth 或应用专用密码连接 Outlook，或者为其他服务商填入 IMAP 和 SMTP 设置。对于没有原生 IMAP 扩展的主机，PressedMail 内置了纯 PHP 的备用方案。
SMTP 发送
每个账户都通过自己的 SMTP 服务器和身份发送，所以回复会从应有的地址发出。发件人别名让您能以同一邮箱下的另一个地址发送。
WordPress 系统邮件
把 wp_mail() 指向您的某个连接，WordPress 发出的每封邮件（密码重置、WooCommerce 收据、表单通知和其他插件）都会经过认证发送，而不是走 PHP mail()。它可以取代单独的 SMTP 插件，不占用账户名额，并且只记录元数据。
使用 Microsoft 登录
用 OAuth 连接 Outlook.com 或 Microsoft 365：不需要应用专用密码，也不需要您自己注册 Entra 应用。客户端密钥保存在 PressedMail 中继上，令牌在服务器之间兑换。
同步控制
自动同步默认每五分钟运行一次，可在一分钟到一小时之间调整，也可以设为零，在您需要时手动刷新。
加密凭据
邮箱密码和 OAuth 令牌以 AES-256-GCM 加密存储，密钥由您的站点派生，封装带有版本号。连接错误会被分类并按退避策略重试，断路器会阻止 PressedMail 反复冲击已宕机的主机。
账户级控制
连接详情、显示名称、签名和各账户的偏好设置集中在一个面板里。管理员域名允许列表让员工只需输入密码，就能按您已批准的设置完成连接。
