条件
送信者、宛先、Cc、Bcc、件名、添付ファイルの有無、日付で照合でき、「含む」「一致する」「で始まる」「で終わる」と、それぞれの否定が使えます。条件はANDまたはORで組み合わせられ、正確に一致させたいときは正規表現も使えます。
アクション
メッセージが条件に一致したら、フォルダーやゴミ箱への移動、アーカイブ、削除、既読にする、スターを付ける、重要マークを付ける、迷惑メールとして報告する、のいずれかを実行できます。ルールは設定した順番で連鎖し、1つが一致した時点で処理を止めることもできます。
クリーンアップのワークフロー
ある送信者のメールを、これまでの分もすべてまとめて別のフォルダーに移し、常時動くルールを残しておけば、次からは自動で処理されます。
バックグラウンドで実行
ルールは、手動で、メッセージの受信時に、またはWP-Cronのスケジュールで実行できます。スケジュールは15分ごとから1日1回まで選べます。自動実行には、開いているページもログイン中のユーザーも必要ありません。
有効にする前にプレビュー
