日、週、月、予定表、リストの表示を、受信トレイの横で使えます。複数のカレンダー、色分け、お好みの初期表示にも対応しています。
予定
タイムゾーンに対応した予定で、終日の扱い、参加者、主催者、公開範囲、予定あり／空きのステータス、リマインダーを設定できます。1分刻みで動くワーカーが、予定の各回につき通知を1件だけ送り、重複は除外されます。
繰り返しの予定
RRULEに準拠した本格的な繰り返しに対応しています。毎日、毎週、毎月、毎年の周期で、間隔、特定の曜日、月の日付、回数または終了日を指定できます。夏時間が切り替わっても、各回は現地の壁時計の時刻を保ちます。
メールでの招待
標準規格に準拠した.ics形式の招待を、1つの予定につき最大250人の参加者に送れます。シーケンス番号が正しく扱われるので、更新やキャンセルがGmail、Outlook、Apple Calendarで重複せずに正しく反映されます。返信を受けると、参加者のステータスが更新されます。
カレンダーのインポート
.icsファイルをプレビューで確認してから、ひとまとめの処理で取り込めます。多くのパーサーがつまずく、WindowsやExchangeのタイムゾーン識別子にも対応しています。メールの添付ファイルから直接インポートもできます。
メールと連動した日程調整
メッセージの内容から、入力し直すことなく予定を作成できます。受信トレイに届いた会議のリクエストは、自動で見つかります。
共有カレンダー
PressedMailを開けるサイト内のユーザーとカレンダーを共有すると、相手のリストに、ご自身の色で表示されます。閲覧者はすべての予定を見られ、編集者は繰り返しのシリーズも含めて、予定の追加、変更、削除もできます。
