Two companion plugins for PressedMail Pro. One sends your WooCommerce store's email through PressedMail, the other connects Proton Mail. Your Pro license covers both.
Every WooCommerce email goes out through PressedMail Pro, each with its own account, sender and template.
What you need
Pick the SMTP account, sender and PressedMail template for each WooCommerce email, from order receipts to password resets.
Order receipt, processing, completed, invoice and welcome templates are ready to edit as soon as you install it.
Order number, status and total, item and totals tables, addresses, the payment link, and customer and shop fields all drop into a template.
On Ultimate and Lifetime, campaigns can use the same fields, filled from each contact's most recent order.
Password reset, new account and payment links are kept even when a template leaves them out. If a template can't be used, WooCommerce's own email is sent instead.
Build a contact list from order billing addresses whenever you choose. People who opt out stay out on later syncs.
Runs Proton Mail Bridge on your own server, so your Proton mailboxes open in PressedMail without copying passwords out of a desktop app.
What you need
It downloads Proton's own Linux build of Proton Mail Bridge and checks it against the checksum Proton publishes.
The bridge is started, watched and restarted if it stops. No terminal session to babysit.
Enter your Proton address, password and authenticator code. The password is used once and never stored.
It reads the IMAP and SMTP details the bridge generates and creates your PressedMail account with the right ports.
PressedMail talks to the bridge over 127.0.0.1 only.
No extra settings page. Choose Add account, then Proton Mail, and follow the steps.

I save hours & it’s easy to use
I have a lot of email accounts, and it’s annoying to manage them through different providers. I needed something better than what was out there, so I built it. I spent the better part of two years making PressedMail the plugin I wanted to use every day, and now I get to share it with everyone else. I added my accounts, automated the cleanup of over 3000 emails, and it’s saved me hours of work.

As a freelancer I need to manage several clients’ accounts. I installed PressedMail on WordPress on localhost and use it as my main email client. I manage everything for clients from PressedMail. And several clients use PressedMail now after I have set their WordPress instances up.

We use PressedMail as a value added service for clients and potential clients as a feature of our agency’s offering helping put us ahead of competition. We love the white-labelling feature, automation, and security controls. It also replaces several of the other plugins we used to use and it’s like a small CRM.
