Capabilities

Everything Templates, Blocks & Forms covers

5 capabilities

Email templates

Save an email once and reuse it from the composer. A template can hold buttons, a block of your latest posts and an unsubscribe link, fields like first name fill in as it sends, and a preview shows exactly what a chosen contact will get. Categories keep the library organized, starter templates give you a base to edit, and a whole library imports or exports in one go.

  • Personal fields
  • Categories
  • Contact preview

Blocks

Save a header, footer or signature once, then drop it into any email from the composer’s Insert block button or the slash menu. Blocks live beside templates in the same library, accept the same personal fields, and stay private to you until you share them.

  • Insert block button
  • Same fields as templates
  • Private until shared

Signup forms

Put a signup form on any page with a block or the [pressedmail_form] shortcode, or paste the standalone HTML into any website at all. New addresses land in the contact lists you pick, double opt-in is one switch away, and every form carries a honeypot, rate limits and optional Turnstile or reCAPTCHA.

  • Shortcode or standalone
  • Double opt-in
  • Honeypot and rate caps

System email templates

Assign a template to each system email WordPress sends: password resets, new user notifications, update notices. Links that carry credentials keep WordPress’s own safety rules, and any notice without a template falls back to the default message.

  • One per notice
  • Credential-link safety
  • WordPress fallback

Shared templates

Ultimate and Lifetime

Share templates and blocks with the people on your site who can open PressedMail, so the whole team writes from the same letterhead. Everything stays private to you until you share it.

  • One letterhead
  • Covers blocks too
  • Private until shared

Put it to work

  1. 01

Turn the monthly status email into a template, with each client’s fields filled as it sends.

  2. 02

Save your letterhead and signature as blocks and drop them into every campaign draft.

  3. 03

Publish a signup form, then confirm each subscriber with double opt-in before the first send.

...I save hours & it's easy to use...

I have a lot of email accounts and it's annoying to manage them through different providers. I installed PressedMail, added my accounts, and automated the cleanup of over 3000 emails. PressedMail has saved me hours of work.

...Helps get more clients...

As a freelancer I need to manage several clients' accounts. I installed PressedMail on WordPress on localhost and use it as my main email client. I manage everything for clients from PressedMail. And several clients use PressedMail now after I have set their WordPress instances up.

...Email Swiss Army Knife...

We use PressedMail as a value added service for clients and potential clients as a feature of our agency's offering helping put us ahead of competition. We love the white-labelling feature, automation, and security controls. It also replaces several of the other plugins we used to use and it's like a small CRM.

...One source of truth for every client...

As a VA, I use PressedMail to keep each client's inbox separate while managing everything from one app. It gives me a single source of truth without mixing client work together.

...Teaching and client work stay organized...

I balance teaching with social media marketing clients. PressedMail helps me keep both sides of my work organized in one place.
