Capabilities

Everything Rules & Automation covers

6 capabilities

Conditions

Match on sender, recipient, Cc, Bcc, subject, attachment presence and date, with contains, equals, starts-with, ends-with and their negations. Combine conditions with AND or OR, and use regular expressions for precise matching.

  • 7 fields
  • AND / OR
  • Regex

Actions

Move to a folder or Trash, archive or delete, mark as read, star, important, or flag as spam when a message matches. Rules chain in the order you set and can stop processing once one has matched.

  • Move & archive
  • Read / star / spam
  • Stop processing

Runs in the background

Run rules manually, as messages arrive, or on a WP-Cron schedule you choose from every fifteen minutes to once a day. Automatic runs need no open page or logged-in user.

  • Manual or automatic
  • 15 min - 24 h
  • No session needed

Preview before you commit

See exactly which messages a rule will touch, against your real mailbox, before you turn it on. Runs scan in batches and resume across cron ticks, so a rule can sweep an entire mailbox rather than only what is on screen.

  • Dry run
  • Whole-mailbox scans
  • Resumable

Cleanup workflows

Sweep everything a sender has ever sent into another folder in one move, and leave a standing rule behind so the next one is handled for you.

  • Sender sweep
  • Standing block rule
  • Bulk cleanup

Follow-up reminders

Flag a sent message that has gone unanswered so it comes back to you instead of disappearing down the list.

  • Unanswered mail
  • Automatic reminders
  • Per-thread

...I save hours & it's easy to use...

I have a lot of email accounts and it's annoying to manage them through different providers. I installed PressedMail, added my accounts, and automated the cleanup of over 3000 emails. PressedMail has saved me hours of work.

...Helps get more clients...

As a freelancer I need to manage several clients' accounts. I installed PressedMail on WordPress on localhost and use it as my main email client. I manage everything for clients from PressedMail. And several clients use PressedMail now after I have set their WordPress instances up.

...Email Swiss Army Knife...

We use PressedMail as a value added service for clients and potential clients as a feature of our agency's offering helping put us ahead of competition. We love the white-labelling feature, automation, and security controls. It also replaces several of the other plugins we used to use and it's like a small CRM.
