Mailbox passwords and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.

Review phishing signals, remote content, domains, and attachments.
WordPress-local workspace
Searchable message data is mirrored into your own WordPress database.
Every AI feature is off until an administrator switches it on, against a provider they chose, under a recorded and versioned consent. Turn it off site-wide, or let each person supply their own key.
Mail moves between your server and your provider, and is mirrored only into your own WordPress database so search and rules can work. The single PressedMail-hosted component is the Microsoft OAuth relay, which holds the app credentials so you do not have to. Tokens are redeemed server to server, and no mail passes through it.
Access defaults to administrators only. Open it to whichever roles you choose, and control who can add accounts or change workspace settings, across eleven dedicated capabilities.
A passphrase lock in front of the mailbox, credentials reachable only inside an explicit guarded context, and SHA-256 integrity checking that notices if plugin files have been altered.
The system-email delivery log records the date, recipient count, subject, sender and outcome (never bodies, headers or attachments) with retention you set and a clear button. Opt in to full data removal on uninstall and PressedMail leaves nothing behind.
Paid plans keep 365 days of audit history and block secrets before writing them, alongside WordPress personal-data export and erasure hooks and suggested privacy-policy text.

...I save hours & it's easy to use...
I have a lot of email accounts and it's annoying to manage them through different providers. I installed PressedMail, added my accounts, and automated the cleanup of over 3000 emails. PressedMail has saved me hours of work.

...Helps get more clients...
As a freelancer I need to manage several clients' accounts. I installed PressedMail on WordPress on localhost and use it as my main email client. I manage everything for clients from PressedMail. And several clients use PressedMail now after I have set their WordPress instances up.

...Email Swiss Army Knife...
We use PressedMail as a value added service for clients and potential clients as a feature of our agency's offering helping put us ahead of competition. We love the white-labelling feature, automation, and security controls. It also replaces several of the other plugins we used to use and it's like a small CRM.

...Fast inbox organization with phishing detection...
PressedMail helps us organize our inboxes fast. We especially like the phishing detection feature.

...One source of truth for every client...
As a VA, I use PressedMail to keep each client's inbox separate while managing everything from one app. It gives me a single source of truth without mixing client work together.
