Contact records
Name, address, company, phone, job title, birthday, tags and notes, plus custom fields you define yourself. Records belong to the WordPress user, so the same address book follows you across every account you have connected.
Lists
Group contacts into lists for projects, clients, teams, or any category you work by, then filter and organise by membership.
CSV and vCard import
Bring an address book in from anywhere. Column headers are matched loosely, so "email", "e-mail" and "email address" all land in the right field, and you can export the whole thing back out again.
Notes and metadata
Add notes and follow-up context that travel with the person rather than the thread. People you correspond with can be added to the address book automatically as you go.
Activity context
A structured timeline of messages and interactions for each contact, so the history sits beside the message you are answering.
