  1. Tags applied to messages as they arrive in the PressedMail inbox

Select a view and the tagger files it, queued in batches of five rather than one call per message.

  2. A suspicious message scored in the list, with its phishing report open

Open the report behind a suspicious score to review sender, authentication, and link evidence.

  3. A long thread compressed to a short summary in the reading pane

Summarize a long thread in the reading pane, then check the result against the original message.

  4. A reply streaming into the PressedMail composer from an instruction

Give the assistant an instruction, then edit the draft in the composer before anything sends.

  • 01

Summarise a long support thread before drafting the reply.

  • 02

Point summarising at a cheap model and drafting at a strong one.

  • 03

Run the whole workspace with AI switched off entirely.

Capabilities

Everything AI Tools covers

6 capabilities

Summaries

Condense a long message or a whole thread before you decide how to answer it.

  • Thread summaries
  • Quick review
  • Inline context

Drafting

Generate a first draft from a prompt or from the message you are answering, get replies drafted for mail matching criteria you set, and take inline next-sentence suggestions as you type.

  • Draft generation
  • Auto-drafted replies
  • Inline suggestions

Rewriting

Adjust tone, length or clarity on a draft you have already written, and review the result before it goes anywhere.

  • Tone adjustment
  • Shorten / expand
  • Clarity edits

Auto-tagging

Tag incoming mail against rules and prompts you write yourself. Tagging runs through a queue in batches rather than firing an API call per message, so a busy inbox does not become a bill.

  • Queued in batches
  • Your own rules
  • Inbox organiser

Bring your own provider

Any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, with your key and your base URL. Each feature gets its own model slot, so summarising can run on something cheap while drafting runs on something strong, and phishing analysis on a third.

  • OpenAI-compatible
  • Your API key
  • Per-feature models

Off until you say otherwise

Every AI feature is disabled out of the box. Before one can run, an administrator accepts a versioned disclosure bound to the specific provider being configured, including a no-training affirmation. The consent is recorded per provider and per processing mode, and it is audit-logged.

...I save hours & it's easy to use...

I have a lot of email accounts and it's annoying to manage them through different providers. I installed PressedMail, added my accounts, and automated the cleanup of over 3000 emails. PressedMail has saved me hours of work.

...Helps get more clients...

As a freelancer I need to manage several clients' accounts. I installed PressedMail on WordPress on localhost and use it as my main email client. I manage everything for clients from PressedMail. And several clients use PressedMail now after I have set their WordPress instances up.

...Email Swiss Army Knife...

We use PressedMail as a value added service for clients and potential clients as a feature of our agency's offering helping put us ahead of competition. We love the white-labelling feature, automation, and security controls. It also replaces several of the other plugins we used to use and it's like a small CRM.

As a VA, I use PressedMail to keep each client's inbox separate while managing everything from one app. It gives me a single source of truth without mixing client work together.
