Summary

A maintenance rebuild. No PressedMail feature or fix ships in this release;
the plugin source is byte-for-byte the 1.0.2 source. What changed underneath
is the shared editor toolkit the composer is built from, which grew new
modules for other CurbSoftware products. Rebuilding keeps the published
artifact aligned with the platform's current dependency tree and release
tooling.
